Meet the Team

With over 20 years of experience, Sue Hilger joined us in the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in 2020. In her position at CHS Therapy & Rehab, Sue will lead the marketing efforts and provide strategic direction across the organization. In addition, she will work together with the leadership team to contribute to the growth of the company.

Throughout her career, she has delivered marketing, sales, and operations leadership to a variety of companies, ranging from startups to multi-million-dollar entities. Forging a team environment, she is skilled in planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall business strategy that result in increased sales and profitability.

Sue earned an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College. Holding a dual citizenship with the United States and Germany, she resides in Baltimore with her husband, two children, and cat.
