Meet the Team

Jeff Schlatt joined the organization in 2021 as the Vice President of Analytical Strategies. In this role, Jeff is responsible for creating and implementing custom reports to maximize efficiency with operations and clinical management for both internal and customer reporting and matrices. In addition, Jeff oversees the implementation and operations of Adaptive Rehab Clinic.

With over 20 years of experience in therapy management, Jeff brings a vast wealth of knowledge to the organization. With leadership experience across multiple healthcare settings, Jeff has a track record of success in program development, implementation, and analytics.

Prior to joining the organization, Jeff was the COO for a contract therapy company, administering services throughout the post acute care continuum (assisted living, skilled nursing, and home health). Jeff also held a position as a CEO of an organization, providing comprehensive return to work evaluations. Also, as the Director of Outpatient Occupational Therapy at MetroHealth Medical System in Cleveland, Jeff directed the Operations team for the occupational therapy department, served as the lead occupational therapist for the spinal cord program, and developed the wheelchair clinic and the return to work program.

A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Jeff completed his degree in Allied Health with a major in Occupational Therapy with honors. He currently resides in Warren, Ohio with his wife, 2 children, and family dog.
