Brandon Fairless is a seasoned healthcare attorney with over 10 years of progressively versatile experience within large firms and billion-dollar revenue companies. Throughout his career, Brandon has helped healthcare companies navigate the rapidly changing regulatory environments while still maintaining risk and profitability at appropriate levels.

Recently serving as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for Elixir Rx Solutions (f/k/a EnvisionRxOptions), Brandon brings proactive leadership and a pragmatic business approach to fill the role of General Counsel for CHS Therapy and its affiliated entities.

Brandon received his Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. A native of Cleveland, Brandon lives in the greater metropolitan area.
