Meet the Team

Aaryn Crosby is an Owens College PTA graduate that has been with CHS Therapy for 6 years. He has rapidly moved his way through the ranks with proven leadership skills, industry experience, talent acquisition and overall therapy business acumen. Aaryn is responsible for all regional level financials, day to day operations, DOR development, staffing and recruiting solutions, human resources and client satisfaction.

In addition, he is a critical part of CHS Therapy growth strategy by managing regional transition teams for new starts-ups, leading successful implementation of new programs and training future Directors of Operations and Regional Vice Presidents.
